We use rope access systems for cleaning high rise buildings.
We are able to clean the external building as well as the external windows. Rope access systems offer a flexible way to clean the external building and external windows of any building. There are no heavy weights that need to be carried onto the roof nor any heavy platforms that can potentially damage the building. We can clean the windows as well as the building surface using water fed brushes that offer a powerful clean while doing no damage to the paint and building surface unlike jet pressure washers.
We have been fully trained on the use of rope access systems by an IRATA certified trainer who came to Bahrain for this purpose.
Our equipment is all top quality IRATA approved. We carry contractors all risk insurance.
For external building and external window cleaning up to five floors high we have our own Genie platforms.
Our AWP 40 is a compact vertical lift platform that is lightweight and can be used indoors and outdoors and gives us a reach of 12M (20M with the use of poles). When stowed this platform can be maneuvered into very tight spaces allowing us to access the inside of malls and narrow passages where normal platforms cannot be used. The platform is battery operated and can therefore be used even where there is no power outlet nearby.
TZ 50 spider articulated Platform
Our second Genie is a TZ 50 spider articulated Platform that can reach up to 17M (25M with the use of poles) This is used to access areas where a horizontal as well as vertical reach is needed.
Our vans are fully equipped with traditional window cleaning equipment and the latest water fed poles.
Each van has a 700 liter water tank and a 50 meter hose enabling us to reach even the most awkward windows. The only water we use for cleaning windows is our own pure water. This is water which has been filtered by reverse osmosis to a purity of 10 particles per million or less. Pure water removes dirt quicker and as there is no residue left on the windows, keeps them cleaner for longer.

Our services includes cleaning the external building structure as well as the external windows. We aim to finish our work in the shortest possible time so as not to inconvenience the client while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
